Planning application approved
In July 2025, our proposals to redevelop 90 Sloane Avenue were approved by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC).
We are now moving forward with the proposals to replace the existing building at 90 Sloane Avenue with 24 new high-quality apartments and a new flagship retail store.
We have appointed LTS Refurbishment (https://www.ltsr.co.uk/) as the main contractor for the demolition and construction works and are in the process of planning the programme to deliver the new building.
Drop-in event
On Monday 1st December 2025, we hosted a drop-in session to introduce LTS to neighbours and provide further information on the programme, the construction management and logistics, including the Construction Plans we need to agree with the council before any work can begin.
